When you sign up, you'll fill out a questionnaire, which I'll use to customise your nutrition guidance -

Each week, we'll focus on your mindset and provide tools to help you manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm when life gets busy—helping you thrive not only in fitness but in your day-to-day life. -
✅ Habit tracking
It’s a simple but effective way to stay consistent, build awareness, and celebrate your efforts. -
📱 Support and accountability via a private WhatsApp group as well as 1:1 support from Ang.
Ask questions, share your wins and challenges in a private group created only for Bootcamp members. You'll also have 1:1 support from Ang throughout.

SESSIONS SCHEDULE
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am, 7am, 12pm
Wednesday: 7pm
Friday: 6:30pm
Sunday: 10am
You can choose to work out 1 to 3 days per week and will select your preferred time slots when you sign up.
If you’re unable to attend a session, don’t worry — you have two options:

Watch a recorded session (all classes will be recorded, but only the trainer will appear on video; participants won’t be recorded).

Attend an alternative class, subject to availability.
