Women’s Moon Circle

Step into a space made for women, by women—a place to simply be.

Our Women’s Circle is a monthly gathering under the light of the moon—new or full moon—where women come together to share, connect, and celebrate our real, raw selves. This is a sacred, lovingly held space where you can be seen, be heard, and truly held. 💫
 

These circles are a space for sisterhood, connection, and healing—where you can share your stories, let go of what no longer serves you, and rise together with other women. Each gathering offers a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect—both with yourself and with the supportive circle around you.
 

Full Moon Circles focus on release, reflection, and letting go—shedding what no longer serves us and celebrating clarity and growth.
 

New Moon Circles focus on dreaming, manifesting, and setting goals—planting seeds for intentions, aspirations, and the year ahead.
 

The experience:

  • Meditation: A short, gentle guided meditation to help you arrive, feel grounded, and leave the day behind.

  • Reflection and sharing, giving space to speak, listen, and be witnessed

  • Goal and intention setting 

  • Celebrating achievements, acknowledging both big wins and small moments of progress

Who Is This For?
Our Wellbeing Circle is for all women—whether you’re new to gatherings or have experienced them before. No knowledge or full moon cycles required. It’s just a space for anyone who wants to:
  • Pause and reconnect 
  • Reflect in a gentle, supportive way 
  • Celebrate personal growth and achievements
  • Meet and connect with other women in a nurturing environment
     
No prior experience is required—just bring yourself and an open heart.

What if I’ve never done a gathering before?

No problem! These circles are welcoming and approachable. Everyone participates at their own pace, and you can simply observe, reflect, or join in as much as you feel comfortable.

Do I need to know anything about full moon and its meaning?
 

No prior knowledge is needed! The focus isn’t on the full moon itself, but on the timing and the discussion around its meaning. For example, in November, we’ll explore themes like stability—what it means to us personally and how we can cultivate it in our lives. It’s more about reflection and practical insight than astrology. 

What do I wear? 
Wear something comfortable - Many women choose casual, easy-to-move-in clothing.

What if I can’t meditate?

No worries! Even if meditating by yourself feels tricky, doing it with gentle guidance and in a group makes it much easier—and actually enjoyable. It’s simply a way to let go of the day and be fully present in the circle.

 
Do I need to bring anything?

Bring a cushion or mat to sit on, a blanket for comfort, and a journal and pen for reflections and intention-setting.
